Funk the Dunk

Every once and a while I add something to my calender that I have to do every year.

So far a have three things.

The first being Evolve Music Festival.

For three days in August hippies and musical artists descend on the little town of Antigonish for a three days of music and madness. The most random things are guaranteed to happen. For example, Fred Penner might show up and sign your watermelon flask full of sangria.

Just saying...

Number two would have to be pirate day.

Every summer a few of us scaly wags commandeer a vessel  and take to the open ocean in search of treasure. The mayhem is often fueled by pirate punch, sea dogs, and RAGE.

My third and newest addition would have to be Funk the Dunk.

A small but mighty folk music festival in Breadalbane PEI. The one night festival is complete with horse shoes, a pot luck and not to mention some great music. Also it's only ten bucks including camping.
