Chickens everywhere....

Today the internet is moving at a reasonable pace! Also there is Firefox so I can spell check this mo fo. Christmas in Mozambique involves lots of ''bread'' like cookies and cake. Ever family makes the exact same kind and gives them to all their friends. .. basically everyone just does a big trade.

So this is the the Casa de Cultura where our group spends alot of it's time. note how there isn't a roof or glass in the windows. This is like most of the buildings in Inhambane.




This is one of the many pathways I pass through on a daily basis... but not the narrowest.



Here we have two of my host brothers. Heldar is the one gutting a raw fish to be eaten later that for supper. Sogrou (sp??) is leaning against the house we live in. to the left is the kitchen...

I have on other brother who I don't have a picture of yet... but I'll get him along with mom and dad.
